All orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier performance, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. Planet Fit is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take time to appear in their system.

Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct and complete at checkout. Planet Fit is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
Planet Fit is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim and notify our customer support team so we can assist where possible.

International Shipping
If applicable, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
